I got into cosplay as most kids do; during Halloween in junior high/high school while cosplaying as Edward Scissorhands. In 2013, I dressed my horse Kelso as Captain America and put together my own closet cosplay of Black Widow for a Halloween horse show. I worked at a Halloween chain store in 2014 that only added fuel to the fire. In 2018, I put together a cosplay of Capable (one of Immortan Joe’s five wives from Mad Max: Fury Road) and from there, I spiraled into doing up to half a dozen looks for Halloween each year, and several cosplays for conventions.

Since then, I've found my niche portraying an original Twi'lek character, along with a range of baddies from Marvel, DC, and some of my favorite films and shows. Over time, I've built up a rotation of more than a dozen cosplays, and I'm excited to bring them to conventions and photoshoots in the near future!
